Online Delivery and Returns


Once we have received your order, Payzone processes payment, as we believe this to be the safest and easiest way to pay. You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order has been despatched. Dispatch should take no longer than 24rs. We will always do our best to despatch orders placed before 12pm the same day, and orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the next working day. Delivery charge is £7.99 via DPD for next day delivery.

Alternatively, there is the option to pay and collect from our shop at 1 Briardale Rd, Mossley Hill, Liverpool, L18 1DA. You can try the item on, whilst in our shop. 


You can return any item you are unhappy with for a refund. This should be done within 7 days from the date you received the item. You should confirm in writing (email or letter) that the item is being returned, stating the order number and the reason why the item is being returned. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back. We can only accept returns of items that are unworn and in the same condition, have tags still attached or in the case of footwear and accessories, stickers attached. So please check your item thoroughly before removing the tags. When trying your item on, please do not wear deodorant or perfume as this can mark the item and we cannot accept it back for a refund in an unsaleable condition.

Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving the item back, though sometimes it may take longer to appear on your bank records.
